Sat 5th & 12th February 2022
Children and adults alike are invited to join us as we turn textile waste into a beautiful community wall hanging.
Drop in and learn how to create flowers, leaves & butterflies from fabric waste. They will then be attached to a wall hanging where they will turn a bare tree into a blossoming one.
This project is embracing art, community and social activation. It has been created to bring awareness to an epic problem. By involving the community in a fun and engaging way it is our hope that it will start a chain reaction where we see a reduction consumption and the amount of textiles that ends up in landfill.
