Fundraising with Purpose – Bundoora Primary School

Our Fundraising with Purpose program is addressing the epic textile waste problem by empowering school students with a hands-on program that extends their learning past the classroom into real-world problems and solutions. We help students see textile waste as a resource and facilitate opportunities for them to develop and create products with the assistance of volunteers from textile waste. The students go on to sell the products to raise funds for their school (or charity) creating conversation within the wider community about textile waste and the importance of being purposeful in purchasing and deposing habits.
